Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product or service operated by PZX (CNPJ: 62.054.402/0001-26), headquartered in the State of São Paulo, Brazil, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

These Terms apply to all PZX products, including Link (pzx.link), Konn (konn.app), Harmony (harmony.pzx.app), and the Account Hub (auth.pzx.app) — the centralized authentication and account management system shared across all PZX products.

2. Products and Services

Link provides tools for creating bio link pages, shortening URLs, generating QR codes, and tracking engagement metrics. Available via mobile app and at pzx.link.

Konn provides an organizational knowledge platform for teams, including document management, semantic search, and contextual AI assistance. Available at konn.app.

Harmony provides a music link resolution API that resolves songs, albums, and artists across 30+ streaming platforms from a single API call. Available at harmony.pzx.app.

Account Hub provides the centralized authentication infrastructure — including account creation, login, session management, and billing — shared across all PZX products. A single PZX account grants access to all products you subscribe to.

PZX reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product or feature at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Account Registration

To create a PZX account and use our products, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and have full legal capacity. If we become aware that an account has been created by a person under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account and delete related personal data, in accordance with the LGPD.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. In case of unauthorized use, notify us immediately through the contact channel indicated in Section 12.

Developers and organizations accessing PZX products via API must register and agree to these Terms. API keys are personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for all usage under your key.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any PZX product to:

  • Publish or transmit illegal, defamatory, obscene, or rights-infringing content, including copyrights and trademarks;

  • Distribute malware, engage in phishing, or disseminate any malicious content;

  • Engage in spam or unauthorized mass communications;

  • Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;

  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of any PZX product;

  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data beyond what is expressly permitted by our APIs;

  • Abuse or misuse the Harmony API in ways that violate the terms of third-party streaming platforms;

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to any PZX product or API without express written authorization;

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and the Brazilian Internet Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014).

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content developed by PZX, including branding, logos, design, code, and documentation, is owned by PZX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Content you create remains your property. By submitting content to any PZX product, you grant PZX a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license limited to your period of use, to store, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of technically operating the contracted service, without any additional commercial use by PZX.

6. Plans and Payments

Each PZX product may offer a free tier and one or more paid plans. Pricing, features, and payment methods for each product are clearly presented before purchase.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). In the event of cancellation of a paid plan by PZX without just cause, the proportional amount for the unused period will be refunded to the user. Cancellation due to violation of these Terms does not entitle the user to a refund.

API usage-based plans (such as Harmony) are billed according to the usage tier and pricing in effect at the time of use.

7. Personal Data Processing

PZX processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and our Privacy Policy.

Data collected is used exclusively for product operation, service improvement, and account-related communications. You may, at any time, exercise your data subject rights, including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data, through the contact channel indicated in Section 12.

Upon account termination, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within the timeframes set forth in our Privacy Policy, unless legal retention obligations apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

PZX products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PZX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or third-party platform changes that affect Harmony's resolution capabilities.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) or other applicable mandatory laws.

9. Suspension and Termination

PZX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these Terms of Use;

  • Use of any product for illegal or fraudulent activities;

  • Judicial or administrative order.

Whenever possible, the user will be notified in advance and given a reasonable period to respond, except in cases of urgency or risk to the platform and third parties.

You may also terminate your account at any time through the Account Hub settings or by contacting us through the channel indicated in Section 12.

10. Changes to Terms

PZX may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice through the affected products or via email.

For users with active paid plans, changes that affect pricing or contracted terms will require active acceptance before taking effect. Continued use of any PZX product after the notice period constitutes acceptance of all other changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Brazilian Internet Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, subject to the consumer user's right to choose the jurisdiction of their domicile, as provided by the Consumer Defense Code.
